I know that there's a lot that goes into a shopping for a new service for your business, especially one as foundational as bookkeeping, and that's why I strive to be as transparent as possible.
When you come to me for bookkeeping services, the first thing that we'll do is have a free consultation to define exactly what it is that you're looking for. We'll talk about your business and goals, and then after we're done talking, I will craft a proposal just for you. In that proposal, I'll outline three different levels of services, based on our conversation, and then you can choose which level best suits your needs. In general, the price points for each of these levels of service will fall like this:
- Basic - Starting at $300 per month, this will include bank reconciliations, expense categorization via feeds, and a monthly financial statement package.
- Standard - Starting at $500 per month, this will include everything in the Basic package, as well as the addition of Bill Pay and/or invoicing options.
- Premium - Starting at $700 per month, this will include everything in the Standard package, as well as the addition of accrual accounting, custom reporting, and a monthly performance summary.
Not ready for monthly bookkeeping? We can also discuss quarterly, semiannual, and annual options.
I also offer Clean-up Services if you need some catch-up work. Depending on the scope of what you need, I will give you a fixed price proposal, so there will be no hidden costs or surprises.
Finally, I do provide Chart of Accounts Creation for a fixed price of $500.
